The elegant Bree Pinot Noir Rosé from Germany is a varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, the Bree Pinot Noir Rosé is carefully harmonized.

Recommended the rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to stir-fried vegetables with fish, coconut-lime fish curry or fried trout with ginger and pear.
